Setting the alarm 

There are two independent alarms in this unit. (Alarm1 
and Alarm 2) When you want to use the alarm function, 
you should set the content of the alarm. 
1) Press and hold the alarm button on the front panel or   
the remote control, the unit will enter to alarm setting

session. (See Fig. 19) In alarm setting session, you 
can set: 

wakeup time adjustment 
wakeup source selection 
wakeup volume adjustment 
 
2) Wakeup time adjustment

In alarm adjustment session, you can adjust the   
wakeup time by pressing the time + button and   
time - button on the front panel or pressing the 
PREV and NEXT button on the remote control. 
(See Fig. 20)

3) Wakeup source selection 
You can select the wakeup source as follow: 
Radio (FM1, FM2 and AM) 
CD or USB(SD/MMC) 
Press the BAND button to choose radio band then 
press the PRESET button 1-8 to choose alarm   
source station. Press the SOURCE button to choose 
CD or USB as alarm source. (See Fig. 21) 

Note

: When you use the radio as wakeup source 

, store radio station you wish to use in a preset 
location. When you use the CD as the wakeup   
source, place a disc in the CD slot. When you   
use the USB as the wakeup source, insert USB

device or SD/MMC card into the slot. 
 
4) Wakeup volume adjustment 
In alarm adjustment session, you can adjust the   
wakeup volume by tuning volume knob on the   
front panel or pressing the volume ,-) 
on the remote control. (See Fig. 22) 
 
5) By pressing the alarm button again to end the 
alarm adjustment session, the unit will store 
your alarm new settings. (See Fig. 19)
