Obtaining Warranty Service
Please consult the troubleshooting steps in this manual first before requesting warranty
service. If you still have problem you cannot resolve, contact us at [email protected] or
(323) 222-9889 9am – 4pm Pacific Standard Time. You must contact Lasonic to get an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number first before you can ship the product back to us
for repair. The product must be packed in a well protected packaging and ship back to us with
shipping fee prepaid. It is recommended that you ship using a service that provide package
tracking service. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged product that is shipped to
us for repair.
