For users of Windows Me / 2000 / XP, please follow the instruction below prior disconnecting
the player from your computer.
a.
Double-click on the “Safely Remove Hardware” icon (green arrow) on the system tray of
your Windows (see diagrams below for illustration).
b.
Click stop in the “Remove Hardware Device” dialog window.
c.
You will be asked about which device to stop. Click OK to continue.
d.
The “Safely Remove Hardware” window appears to confirm that it safe to remove the
player. Click OK to continue.
e.
Now you can disconnect the player from the computer.
