Thank you for your purchase of the Larson Electronics EPL-16BS-1X150LED-X24I-C1D1-200 Explosion Proof Base
Stand Light. This light is completely assembled, tested and ready for use when shipped from factory. Please follow the
steps below in order to operate and maintain this product.

ABOUT ANY PART OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS, CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICAL PROFESSIONAL. THE EPL-16BS-
1X150LED-X24I-C1D1-200 MUST BE OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE AND ALL APPLICABLE
LOCAL CODES. PROPER GROUNDING IS REQUIRED FOR SAFETY.

INSTALLATION
Before operation, confirm that the power source will provide the correct voltage indicated on the product
nameplate. Ensure the receptacle will accept the cord cap attached to the light. This light is shipped
preconfigured with selected Beam Configuration and Cord Cap.
Check product nameplate for Ratings and Approvals.
Place the light in the desired location and run its power cord to a compatible power source. Ensure all safety
requirements are followed for the hazardous area. Light head can separate from base stand as required. To
install light head, simply slide over base stand and tighten the hand screw. Ensure light head is fully seated
before tightening hand screw. This can be loosened to rotate the light head 360° horizontally. Magnetic feet
help create a strong pull to stabilize the light fixture during deployment. This helps reduce movement of the
light from vibrations or accidental bumps.
This light is instant-on and will illuminate once energized.
Multi-voltage capability allows this light to be powered via
Voltage: 120-277V AC, 50/60Hz
Check product nameplate for the correct input voltage! The attached
transformer converts high voltage to low voltage 24V DC.
ADJUSTMENT
Loosen the hand screws on either side of the light to make vertical
adjustments. Tighten hand screws once desired angle is achieved.
The light head can be removed from the base stand for easy maneuverability
or for stowing. Simply loosen the hand screw toward the base of the light head
and lift off light head. Place light head on base stand and tighten hand screw to
replace.
