Turn counterclockwise the trip rod bearing

of the washer

)] and check the seal inside the screw

) is undamaged.
•
Take out the screws

and remove carefully the cylinder
(

(do not bend it during
extraction in order to avoid that motor piston may damage
the internal surface of the cylinder)
.
•
Extract the motor piston from the motor support
(

).
•
Verify the O-ring
(

) is undamaged.
•
Tighten the lower edge of the piston rod using pliers
(see
illustration)
and unscrew the fitting
(
N37
) with a key.
•
Remove the motor rod
(
N38
)
and check it is undamaged.
•
Rub the motor rod
(
N38
)
with vaseline grease before inserting
it into the housing of the piston rod.
•
Tighten again with pliers the lower edge of the piston rod and
screw the fitting
(

)
(application of a sealant on the thread
is advisable)
