User and Group Management
You must be logged in under a user name that has permissions for User/Group
Management in order to access this page. The Spider supports a maximum of 50
configured users.
To configure users and groups:
1. Select User Management

Users from the Main Menu. The
User Management
page
displays.
2. Configure the following fields:
User Management
Existing users
To modify or copy an existing user, select that user from the
drop-down menu and click
Lookup
.
New user name
Enter the new user’s name. Minimum 1 character.
Full user name
Enter the full name of the configured user. Minimum 1
character.
Password
Enter the password for the user. Minimum 4 characters.
Confirm Password
Re-enter the password for the user.
Email address
(Optional) Enter the user’s email address.
Mobile number
(Optional) Enter the user’s mobile phone number.
Group Membership
Select the user’s group from the pull-down menu.
Enforce user to change
password on next login
Select checkbox to require the user to change their password
upon initial login.
