4  Processor Board 

The CPU or processor board provides the basic common set of features with minimal integration 

efforts for  end users. It contains the followings: 

 

Snapdragon

TM

 845 (SDA845) main application processor 

 

Memory: 128GB UFS 2.1 +  LPDDR4x (PoP) up to 1866MHz 6GB RAM 

 

PMIC: PM845 +  PMI8998 

 

SMB1355 Parallel charger 

 

WCN3990 Atheros Wi-Fi + BT +FM combo chip over SLIMbus, Analog IQ, UART, PCM 

 

WCD9340 Audio Code 

 

SDR845 GNSS support

The HDK845 processor board is where all the processing occurs. It is  connected to the carrier board via two 

240-pin high speed board-to-board connector. The purpose of the  connectors is to bring out essential signals 

such that other peripherals can interface with the  platform.
