Measure and specify the lengths of the 
original and copy by comparing “A” with 
“a”.

Touch the 

Reduce/Enlarge

 key

Touch the 

Specified Ratio

 key.

Enter the length of the original (A) using the 
keypad.

Touch the

 key in the display.

Enter the length of the copy (a) with the 
keypad.

Touch the

 key in the display.

•

To change length entered, touch the Clear 

key or press the Clear/Stop key. Then 
enter a new value.

•

To change a length entered after touching the # key, select original or copy and enter the 

desired length.

Touch the 

OK

 key two times.

Calculate a ratio from the lengths of the original and copy for enlarging or reducing the copy.
