You have inserted the wrong type of LANGPAK container (e.g., two flavor containers or two
Mineral A containers). The three slots must have one Mineral A, one Mineral B, and one optional
flavor. You can only insert one flavor at a time.
Every two years, you must replace the filter cartridges. When you see this warning, order new
filters from www.drinklang.com and replace them as soon as possible.
First, make sure there are no objects resting on the clean water docking station. That can
confuse the system, which relies on a weight reading from the electronic built-in scale. Next,
remove the power cable, wait one minute, then plug it in again. If the problem persists, contact
LANG Technical Support.
