OPERATION
Control Panel
Typical Operation Sequence
ACTION RESULT
Turn power switch to ON. Control panel heat call light comes on.
Adjust proper temperature, between 140

F& 450

and allow to preheat up to 20 minutes.
Oven begins heating.
Open oven doors and insert product, set timer up to
60 minutes. Timer begins counting down.
Timer beeps continuously when done. Product should now be done.
Power switch.
Pulse fan switch. Pulse fan
setting will only turn the fan
on when the oven is calling
for heat.
Dual speed switch.
Toggles the fan between
high and low speed.
Timer Control. Electronic one
hour timer with continuous
beeper.
Temperature Control. Allows
temperature to be set in 25
°
F
increments from 140
°
F.
