MAINTENANCE
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Fasteners
Before operating your Brillion machine, check all
hardware for tightness. Use the Tightening Torque Table
reproduced above as a guide.
See Page 4-1.
After a few hours of use, check the entire machine and
tighten any loose nuts or bolts. Daily or periodic checks
should be made thereafter.
When replacing bolts, be sure to use fasteners of equal
grade.
Lubrication
WARNING
• Oil Roller Chains periodically. It’s a good practice to
lubricate chain immediately after use while the chain
is still warm for best penetration.
• Seeder has greaseable Bearings on the ends of the
Front and Rear Rollers and should be greased every
20 hours.
See Figure 4-1.
Guard must be closed after Lubricating the left Front
Roller Bearing before operating.

Do Not lubricate Seeder while in motion. If
Guard is opened for lubricating, it must be
closed before operating.
