PT Series Hydraulic Cylinder
Installation
Install the Lug Extension onto the Bridge Hitch Lug, by
aligning the Extension Lug Clevis with the Bridge Hitch
Lug and inserting the 1 X 3-5/8 Pin. Secure Pin by
inserting and spreading 3/16 X 2 Cotter Pins. With Lug
Extension resting flat on top of Bridge Hitch Tube, insert
3/4-10 U-Bolt and secure with Locknuts. Tighten.
Attach the base end of the Pulverizer Hydraulic Cylinder
to the installed Extension Lug and the rod end of the
Hydraulic Cylinder to the
Pulverizer lug. It may be
necessary to extend the cylinder rod or raise the frame
slightly to make this connection. Use the cylinder pins
packaged with the cylinder to attach the cylinder to the
machine. Be sure to bend the cotter pins so that the
cylinder mounting pins cannot disengage.
Mount the Transport Lock on the Bridge Hitch Channel
and secure with Bent Pin and Hairpin Cotter.
