STEP 7:  INSTALL THE EXTENSION LEGS

Find the following parts for this step:  right extension leg 
[ AB ], left extension leg [ AC ], (8) 45 mm long bolts [ A4 ] 
and (8) kep nuts [ BM ].  Align the hinges with the holes 
and attach the extension legs to the grill assembly with 
(2) bolts and (2) kep nuts per hinge.  Only finger tighten 
until all parts are assembled.  Once assembled, tighten all 
bolts securely.

STEP 8:  ASSEMBLE THE EXTENSION LEG LATCH

Install the latch [ A5 ] to the right extension leg with (1) 30 
mm long bolt [ A6 ], (1) washer [ A7 ] and (1) kep nut [ O3 ].  
Make sure the latch is assembled with the notch down.  
Tighten bolt securely enough to allow it to move.

INSET C shows the extension leg latch in the locked position.

STEP 9:  ASSEMBLE THE BOLT-ON SHELF 
WITH HANDLE

Install the bolt-on shelf with handle [ BG ] to the 
barrel (side opposite of wheels) with (4) 10 mm long 
bolts [ O ], (4) 5 mm flat washers [ A7 ] and (4) kep 
nuts [ O3 ].  Make sure the flat washers are installed 
between the kep nuts and the side of the barrel.  
See STEP 9.  Tighten the bolts securely.

STEP 10:  ASSEMBLE THE BOLT-ON 
ADJUSTABLE FRONT SHELF

Install the bolt-on adjustable front shelf [ BC ] 
to the barrel with (2) 10 mm long bolts [ O ] 
and (2) kep nuts [ O3 ].  Tighten the bolts 
securely.

Add a small amount of lubricant to the sliding 
areas of each hinge for easy movement.  See 
INSET D.  This shelf can be folded for easier 
storage.
