To avoid serious injury or death:
Do not remove shipping block from blade tilt housing until
after all manual links, ratchet jack, and/or hydraulic cylinders
have been installed and cylinders have been charged with oil.
1.
Attach hydraulic cylinder (#5) to lugs (#1 & #2) with
clevis pins (#4). Make sure cylinder ports are on top
and cylinder base is mounted to lug (#1).
2. Secure clevis pins with cotter pins (#3). Bend one or
more legs on the pins to keep them from falling out.

4. Screw adapter fittings (#6) to the two cylinder ports
with O-rings facing the ports. Tighten fittings.
IMPORTANT:
Attach cylinder base to the front
cylinder mount. The base will interfere with the
mainframe if attached to rear cylinder mount.
5. Screw remaining two adapter fittings (#6) to one end
on each of the two 144" lg. hydraulic hoses (#8 & #9)
with O-rings facing away and tighten.
6. Attach
customer supplied hydraulic couplings (#7)
to adapter fittings (#6) on hoses (#8 & #9) & tighten.
7.
Screw the other end of the hydraulic hoses to adapter
fittings (#6) on the cylinder and tighten.
8. Route hydraulic hoses through brackets “A” & “B” and
store hose ends in storage slots. If hitched to a
tractor, connect hoses to the tractor’s hydraulic
