Bulkhead Assembly
Refer to Figure 5, & Figure 6:
With Flat Face Couplers (Kit 380-340A)
1. Attach bulkhead fittings (#33) to bulkhead
mount (#2). Tighten bulkhead locknuts.
2. Attach adapters (#20) to the bulkhead fittings (#33).
3. Attach female flat face coupler to adapter (#20B).
Tighten and secure coupler.
4. Attach male flat face coupler (#40) to adapter (#20A).
Tighten and secure coupler.
With Pioneer Couplers (Kit 380-149A)
1. Attach bulkhead fittings (#33) to bulkhead
mount (#2). Tighten bulkhead locknuts.
2. Attach male pioneer couplers (#39 & #40) to bulk
head fittings (#33). Tighten and secure couplers.
Continuation of Bulkhead Assembly
Refer to Figure 5 on page 4 & Figure 7:
1. Attach hoses (#24) to bulkhead adapters (#33).
2. Route hoses (#24) along loader arm and through
loader hose loop bracket “G” to the third function
valve assembly (#13).
Refer to Figure 3 on page 3:
3. Install female couplers (#32) and black dust
plugs (#36) to hoses (#24).
4. Connect hydraulic hose (#24A) to quick
coupler (#21) in port “A”, on valve block (#28).
5. Connect hydraulic hose (#24B) to quick
coupler (#21) in port “B”, on valve block (#28).
6. Secure hydraulic hoses (#24) as needed with
cable ties (#5).
