Using the App
LAMPA Black Box App allows you to control Black Box Ultra
via WIFI. You can easily preview, browsing files, playback
and transfer the files from the SD card into your mobile
phone. The App also allows you modify the device settings
and also access files downloaded and saved in your mobile
phone local storage. Ensure the dash cam is on to allow your
mobile phone to connect to it.
Note:
Connect your mobile
phone to your Black Box Ultra within a range of 3-5 meters.
1 Search and download the Black
Box Lampa App from the App
Stores for IOS devices or Google
Play Store for Android devices
or scan the QR code to open the
download page.
2 The SSID usually starts with
38661
and default
password is
0000 0000
.
3 Go to your mobile phone WIFI setting and connect to
the LAMPA 38661 hotspot and open the App.
ATTENTION:
for live streaming the video has to be transferred from the
camera to the smartphone causing a little lag.
Videos which have been already saved or downloaded
won’t be affected by this lag.
