Positioning electrodes

Position the ignition electrodes with the dimensions in mm. It is advisable to check the correct position after any

intervention on the head.

Air servo-motor regulation

The air gate in the burners is activated by an electric servo control. The positions of the gate are determined by the

cams, and depend on the graduation on the cams. The red and black cams feature clutches and self-locking; they

can be adjusted using the small spanner provided. The blue and orange cams can be adjusted by acting on the in-

built screw. Pushing button B disengages the motoring over system of the gate, permitting manual movements.

The air damper servo-motor must be of the type indicated below.

CAM I (red) Max. air position.

CAM II (blue) Air closed, stop position.

CAM III (orange) Starting or 1st stage air opening

CAM IV (black) 2nd stage gas opening, always to be adjusted 15°-20° more than the III cam.
