•  After setting, press the 

START/CANCEL

 button to start the cooking. The six dots will 

appear and slowly flash to show that the function has started. 

•  When the appliance has reached the end of the cooking process it will beep 

continuously and ‘End’ will appear on the LCD panel. 

• Press 

START/CANCEL

 once to stop, all the features will illuminate on the panel. 

•  Switch off at the socket and unplug the appliance.

SOUS VIDE FUNCTION

•  Place the sous vide rack inside the cooking pot.
•  Vacuum seal the food to be sous vide, in suitably sized vacuum sealing food saver bags 

and position in the sous vide rack.

•  Fill the cooking pot with water. 

Do not

 exceed the MAX level mark.

•  Put the sealed bag/s into the room temperature water ensure the bags are fully 

immersed in the water.

•  Use the sous vide rack to separate the bags if multiple bags are being cooked. 
•  This function works best with the lid placed on the appliance.
• Press 

MODE

 button to choose 

Sous Vide

 function.

•  The default temperature is 55°C and 30 minutes.
•  To change the temperature, press the 

TEMP/TIME

 button and the – and + icons will 

appear. Adjust the cooking temperature can choose from 25°C to 100°C at various 
temperature settings. e.g. 60, 63, 65, 68, 70, 73°C etc.

•  To change the time, press the 

TEMP/TIME

 button and the – and + icons will appear. 

Adjust the cooking time, by press the – and + buttons accordingly, the time range is 
from 30 minutes to 24 hours in 30 minute increments.

•  The countdown of time on 

Sous Vide

 function does not begin until the desired 

temperature is reached. When the temperature is reached the machine will 
automatically go into the countdown function.

FONDUE FUNCTION

•  Place the ingredients in the cooking pot. 
• Press 

MODE 

button to choose 

Fondue

 function.

•  In fondue function you can only change the cooking temperature from 25°C to 85°C in 

10°C increments.

•  The cooking time range is not adjustable.
•  After setting, press the 

START/CANCEL

 button to start cooking. The six dots will appear 

and slowly flash to show that the function has started.

RICE FUNCTION

•  Place the ingredients in the cooking pot. This function works best with the lid placed 

on the appliance.
