• Position the appliance on a dry, flat surface. No more
than 1m from a mains wall electrical socket.
• On the back of the main unit there is a red rubber plug,
open the red rubber plug by pulling from the top.
• Insert the mains charging adaptor.
• Place the mains charger adaptor into the electrical wall
power socket and switch on.
• Only use the mains charger adaptor which is supplied
with the appliance.
• Fully charge the appliance before first use.
• The appliance cannot be activated during the charging process and will not work.
• It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the battery, when fully charged the 4 battery
indicator lights on the front of the main unit will be illuminated.
• During the charging process the battery indicator lights will flash to show it is charging,
starting with the bottom indicator light flashing and then moving up the lights. At each level
of charge the battery indicator light will become fully on. When fully charged all 4 battery
indicator lights will be fully illuminated.
• Turn off the mains charging adaptor at the wall socket and unplug. Remove the adaptor
from the back of the main unit and insert the plug.
• When fully charged the appliance will work for approximately 1 hour, depending on power
setting.
• The battery indicates that it is running low when the bottom battery indicator light is
blinking, at this point you will need to recharge the appliance.
