HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE MINI CHOPPER AND USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
• Wash the bowl, lid and blade in hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Please take care
when handling the blade, as it’s very sharp
• Place the bowl on top of the base unit and turn until it clicks into place
• Place the blade onto the spindle and carefully push it down into place
• Place your food in the bowl
• Position the lid on top of the bowl and twist the lid until it locks into place. The arrow on the
lid should be in line with the control button. If the bowl, blade and lid are not fitted properly
the chopper will not start
• Plug into socket and press control button to chop
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Follow assembly instructions
• The motor will run for as long as the button is held down. Short bursts of power will produce
a ‘pulse’ action that helps to avoid over processing the ingredients.
• Once the desired consistency is reached, release the control button and unplug the appliance.
Remove the lid and bowl by turning anti-clockwise. Carefully lift out the blade before removing
food from the bowl.

ADAPTING YOUR OWN RECIPES
After you have made some of the recipes supplied you may wish to adapt a few of your own
recipes. Start by selecting one of the recipes in this booklet, which is similar to your own and use
this as a guide. Use the ‘guide to ingredients’ to understand the sort of quantities you can use
HINTS AND TIPS
• The Mini Chopper works best when used in short bursts – push the button for 20 seconds and
let the motor rest for 2 minutes between each operation.
• When blending liquid, never fill the bowl more than half full.
• Check the consistency of what you are chopping regularly so you do not over-process it.
• You may need to scrape any food from the sides of the bowl with a plastic or silicone spatula,
then continue processing to ensure all the food is evenly chopped. Always disconnect the
appliance from the power first.
• Before chopping bread, biscuits or nuts, ensure that the blade and bowl are completely dry.
