CHOPPING

Meat, cheese, onion, fresh herbs, garlic and nuts can all be successfully chopped using

the chopping bowl and blade. However, hard foods such as coffee beans, ice cubes,

nutmeg and spices will damage the blade and should be avoided. We recommend that

you begin chopping at low speed, and gradually increase the speed as required.

1.

Holding the chopping blade by its plastic spindle, carefully remove the plastic blade

cover. Slot the blade onto the pin in the chopping bowl. Keep fingers well away

from the sharp blades.

bowl.

when chopping hard ingredients.
