Step 3: Water Chiller Installation

3a.)

 

The water pipe of Water Chiller is connected the machine with the same label corresponding 

number. Connect both the 

“MAIN LOOP WATER INLET”

 and 

“MAIN LOOP WATER OUTLET”

 to the 

laser source, then connect both the 

“REFLECTOR PATH INLET”

 and 

“REFLECTOR PATH OUTLET” 

to
