9 – Never wash the device in running water or in any manner, which allows water to drip onto
the device.
10 – Never put the device connected to mains outlet on wet surface.
11 – Before connecting the device to mains outlet, check whether mains parameters are com

pliant with the values indicated on rating plate of the device.
When using the toaster, make sure to provide adequate space above and around the toaster.
During operation, the appliance cannot touch any flammable items such as: decorations,
paper towels, curtains, clothing, etc.
EXERCISE DUE DILIGENCE when using the appliance on surfaces sensitive to high
temperatures. It is recommended to use insulating pads.
NOTE: bread may burn
• DO NOT use the toaster without the slide-out crumb tray placed underneath the appliance.
• The crumb tray must be cleaned regularly, so that the excessively accumulated crumbs
do not burn.
• DO NOT use the device for toasting bread or other products like waffles or pancakes if
they are spread with other food products.
• Do not insert broken bread into the toaster, because it may become jammed.
• If a product becomes jammed inside the toaster, NEVER pull it out with a metal object.
This can result in electric shock.
• In such case, first ALWAYS remove the plug from the socket. Toasts or other food items
may be pulled out with a wooden or plastic tool.
• If you are worried that the appliance was damaged NEVER attempt to repair it yourself.
• Any repairs should be performed ONLY by a specialized facility.
Note: All food products which are to be inserted into the toaster must be stripped of all
packaging, such as security film, etc.
