d) To set the cooking mode for both A and B zones with different programmes and to
end cooking in both pans simultaneously: follow the instructions in the
previous step and press the End Simultaneous Cooking button (j).

to use this function, the longest programme must be that set for

each of the displays.
5.- To programme the fryer manually: use the time/temperature button (g) and change these
values with the time/temperature setting buttons (f).
NOTE:
temperature is adjustable by increments of 5⁰C and time by 1-min. increments.
6.- The fryer has 11 pre-set functions. Select one of these functions after selecting the cooking
mode.
