What is a low-revolution SLOW JUICER?
A low-revolution juice extractor is a type of juicer that provides maximum nutrition and flavour from
fruit and vegetables, with the advantage that it presses them without altering their original char-
acteristics. Other centrifuge-type blenders, however, do alter these original characteristics.
The motor has greater torque and can help the juicer to press all kinds of fruit without wear and
to considerably extend its service life. Here are some of the advantages:
1.- The use of the low-velocity pressing system without centrifugal force or heat.
2 - It produces the maximum nutrition, vitamins, antioxidants, flavour, color and juice from any
fruit or vegetable.
3 - Silent operation.
It uses the low-velocity Technology System to extract the juices. It is known as a slow juicer due
to the fact that it only operates at 60 rpm and uses only 240 watts of energy, instead of the 1,000-
24,000 rpm and up to 1500 watts of energy of a high-velocity centrifuge-type juicer such as a
blender. But don't let the name fool you. The low-revolution juice extractor is, in reality, faster than
other juice extractors and blenders, and produces much more juice from the same foods, with
drier pulp.
The method of extraction is by pressing using the worm drive like a mortar. This action squashes
and presses the food, and releases the deep nutrients and enzymes. It also gives a greater
breakdown of the phytonutrients, which results in a juice with a richer colour, with more vitamins
and minerals conserved. The low rpm ensures that the cell structure of the fruit and vegetables
remains intact, as well as eliminating rust and separation. Therefore, it preserves the enzymes
and nutrients that are closest to their natural form, as well as the delicious flavour of the food.
FUNCTIONING
1.- Plug in the unit at a 220-230V/50Hz power socket.
ACCESSORY FOR ICE CREAM AND FOOD PROCESSING
Assemble the accessory to prepare ice cream and process food in accordance with the following
instructions:
Place the accessory for ice cream/baby food (12) on the base
Place the pressing block (8) inside the accessory, installed in the previous
step
Place the lid (2) against the juice container such that the triangle (lock
open) of the lid coincides with the
triangle of the juice container. To close the lid, turn it clockwise until the
triangle coincides with the closed lock and you hear a click.
Place the juice cup (7) under the outlet hole
