OPERATION
1.- Sterilizing console is used in kitchens of restaurants, fast food stands, canteens, hospitals in
order to sterilize cutlery or cleaver.
2.- Before initial use of the appliance, the outer surface should be wiped with a cloth soaked in
warm water and soap.
NOTE:
Do not use except purpose of use. The appliance should be operated by qualified
personnel knowing safety terms and technical specifications and who has read the
instruction manual.

WITHOUT GROUND CONNECTION
3.- Ground the power supply connection of the appliance. Never operate your appliance without
ground connection.
4.- Plug the appliance to power supply. Open the hood and fill in the cutlery into the appliance
5.- Turn the timer clockwise to set the appliance to 90 minutes or 120 minutes.
6.- Never open the hood when the appliance is operating. A safety switch is installed in the
hood which ensures that the appliance is switched off, when the hood is opened.
7.- When the timer is finished the operation of the appliance will stop. Open the hood and take
sterilized cutlery out.
8.- Never turn the timer counterclockwise. Otherwise the timer will not be actuated and the
appliance runs continuously.
9.- Wait until the timer disconnects the circuit after daily use. Switch the appliance off from the
automatic fuse. Clean up the appliance after disconnecting it from the power supply.
10.- It is recommended to operate the appliance between temperatures of +5ºC +40ºC and in
ambient humidity of maximum 65%.
