Insert the test adapter into the mouth opening of
the test head and connect it to the demand val-
ve.
Select suitable adapter according to
function and connection type

Seal the medium pressure hose of the demand
valve with a sealing cap.

Set test negative pressure with button to gener-
ate negative pressure to se # mbar.
Switch on stop watch.
Adjust the test pressure with the low
pressure relief button if necessary.

Set test overpressure with button to generate
positive pressure to se # mbar. Switch on
stop watch.
Adjust the test pressure with the low
pressure relief button if necessary.

After a preset time # min, read the pressure
change on the display (LP) and compare with
the setpoint.

Completely vent the test device.
All further tests require high pressure! Check correct device connection!
The Labtec test bench + connected test device parts must be completely vented before
connecting or removing test devices.
Connect demand valve in combination with a
SCBA base unit to the test device.
Check correct device connection!

Open high pressure main valve with main valve
switch.
High pressure flows into the unit.

Close high pressure main valve with main valve
switch.
Test instrument/test specimen are
under pressure.

Set test negative pressure with button to gener-
