21. Coffee with too little cream

• Filter holes on dispensing unit
are clogged.
• Check and clean the dispensing unit
using cup with blind filter or replace
filter.
22. The cream in the cup is too
thin (it disappears after a
few seconds).
• Coffee extraction takes a long
time due to clogged filter of
dispensing unit.
• Coffee extraction takes a long
time due to clogged filter of
filter-cup.
• Water temperature too high.
• Check and clean the dispensing unit
using cup with blind filter or replace
filter.
• Check and replace filter of the filter-
cup.
• Decrease the temperature of the
dispensing unit.
23. Presence of depressions in
the coffee grounds (looking
inside the filter cup).
• Filter of dispensing unit partly
clogged.
