PROBLEM
The machine
does not work
and the ON light
does not turn on

CAUSE
1. No electricity

SOLUTION
1. Restore electrical power
2. Plug the main cable in correctly
3. Contact the nearest SERVICE CENTER
for a replacement cable

2. Use a coarser grind
3. Put less coffee in the filter
