STEP 7
Assemble the sides by attaching the arm (E) to the
side frame (D) using 2” joint connectors inserted
from the inward side through the predrilled holes in
the side frame (D) then adding a washer and then
continuing through the predrilled holes in the
mounting cleat of each arm (E) securing with a
washer and locknut on the outside of the arm. We
have included an Allen wrench to help tighten the
joint connectors. Repeat to other side.
Note: Both the arms and side frames have a right and left side and are not interchangeable. Be sure the
mounting cleats of the arms are positioned on the outward side of the assembly and the support brackets of
the side frames are positioned on the inward side of the assembly.
STEP 8
Insert nylon sleeves into the three predrilled holes in
each side of seat (C) as shown on the right.
STEP 9
Attach the side assemblies to the seat (C) using 2”
joint connectors inserted from the outward side
through the predrilled holes in the side frames (D)
then through the nylon sleeves inserted in the seat
(C) and securing with a washer and a locknut on the
inward side of the assembly. We have included an
Allen wrench to help tighten the join connectors.
Repeat to other side.
STEP 10
Attach the back (F) to the arm (E) by inserting a 1
3/4” lag bolt first through a washer then through the
predrilled hole to the rear of the mounting cleat of
each arm (E) then adding another washer and then
inserting into the pilot hole in the ends of the center
support beam of the back (F). Next attach the back
(F) to the seat (C) by using 1 ½” screw inserted
through the predrilled holes in the bottom support
beam of back (F) into the pilot holes drilled in the
upper rear edge of the sides of the seat (C).
