The tubes/shrouds and burner box come from the fac-
tory fully assembled. Before taking the tube assembly
out of the box, complete the following steps. See FIG. 4.
1. Rotate the burner box 90°
2. Ensure the burner box tube is completely inserted
into adjoining tube.
3. Center the clamp over the tube connection.
4. Tighten the clamp bolts evenly to 65 ft.-lbs.
5. Attached the S-hooks to the shroud supports.
6. Attached the chains to the burner box eyebolts and
to the shrouds S-hooks.

1. Plan the installation. Determine location for the
heater to optimize its heat pattern, keeping in mind
cooler regions in the house (end walls, and curtains)
and clearances to combustibles.
2. Hang the burner box. See Fig. 5. Maintain clearances
to combustibles as shown in Fig. 1.
3. From the burner box chain, measure the distances
shown in Fig. 6.

7. Install eyebolts to ceiling joist, See Fig. 5 for distance
reference between eyebolts.

8. Using a winch system, lift the tube heater assembly and
connect the chains to the ceiling eyebolts.
9. Using a leveler, ensure the tube/shroud assembly is
level. See Fig. 6.
