to misuse, neg

ent or
imp
roper maintenance or installation

(iv) upo
n L-3 CIP’s examination, do
not disclose to L-3 CIP’s satisf
action nonconfo
rmance to

warranty. In th

e product ‘warranty
card” is not retur

ed to L-3 CIP,
proof of purchase shall
be requir
ed to effectuate th
e warranty pro
v
isions stated
herein
above.
L-3 CIP advises,
no othe
r
warran
ties, express
or implied
, are
mad
e with
respect
to
the product(s)
including

o
t li
mit
ed to
, an
y impl
ied warr

ty of m
erchan
tability, non
-infringent or f
itness
for a par
ticular
purpose. Buyer agrees that any documen
tation and / or
representation provid
e to its customer(s) shall include
the

by L-3 CIP.

from outside
