A:
In order to control the video processor with a trial computer, it is necessary to connect its
instruction transmission line. That is serial line.
Failure to connect may result from the following circumstances.

The equipment is not powered on.

The computer is not equipped with USB cable driver or the USB driver is damaged.
③
Serial line is not well connected or damaged.
