Why sometimes the page turning pen is invalid?

Make sure that the "System Settings-Enable Direction Keys to Turn Office

Documents" option is selected.

We support pagedown/pageup and the up, down, left, and right arrow keys to

page office documents, but the page turning logic adopted by each page turning pen
manufacturer is different. If the above options are not selected, it may happen that the
page cannot be turned.

In addition, after this option is selected, the arrow keys used in other places for

quick operation will be invalid.
