This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
This KYOWA Food Chopper is intended for normal domestic/household
use only. This unit is not suitable for commercial use.
HOW TO USE
Remove all packaging materials from the food chopper. Completely
untangle or unwind the power cable of the unit.
Fit Bowl into the main unit by putting bowl over the drive shaft; rotate
clockwise until the bowl is locked in place.
Fit blade into the shaft on the bowl.
Place food to be processed into the chopper bowl. When processing meat
into the chopper, always remove skin and then chop at 100g at a time.
When processing vegetables, fill jar not exceeding the line indicated on
the container; for onions and the like, slice into half or into sizes fitting
into the bowl.
Put lid on top of the chopper bowl; rotate clockwise until the lid is locked
in place. Your Kyowa Food Chopper will not operate if the lid is not
properly fixed into the chopper bowl.
Press and hold power button to start the chopping process. Release
button to stop the operation.
Chopping size and texture depends on how long you process food into the
chopper. If you want coarse and bigger slices, hold power button for at
least 5 seconds; 10 seconds and up if you want finer and smaller slices of
food.
Rotate lid counter clockwise to unlock.
Remove lid then pull out blade from the chopper container.
Scoop out processed food from the food chopper.
Food chopper must not be used exceeding 1 minute at stretch. Allow food
chopper to rest for about a minute before operating again.
CLEAN AND CARE
After every use, wash movable parts of the Food Chopper including the
container, blade and lid with warm, soapy water.
Never immerse Food Chopper motor in water. Clean motor housing by
wiping with a soft and damp cloth.
Never use abrasive cleaning agents or any metallic and sharp objects
(e.g. scrubbing brush or knife) for cleaning.
Wipe dry all parts of the Food Chopper using a soft and dry cloth.
Put back parts and accessories of the Food Chopper to their proper places
before operating again.
Store Food Chopper in a cool and dry place.
SERVICE
Do not operate your KYOWA Food Chopper if the unit malfunctions or
appears damaged in any manner. Bring the complete product to the place
of purchase or to any authorized KYOWA dealers for inspection, repair or
replacement.
Do not disassemble your KYOWA Food Chopper by yourself. No user
serviceable parts inside. Refer all needed repair to an authorized KYOWA
service facility ONLY.
