HOW TO USE
CLEAN AND CARE
After every use, wash the movable accessories of the food steamer
including the steamer trays, baskets, cover, and liquid receptacle with
warm and soapy water.
Rinse water vessel with water; never allow any liquid to seep into the
motor of the food steamer.
Do not use harsh cleaning agents or abrasive objects (e.g. scrubbing pads
or metal brushes) for cleaning.
Do not use dishwasher to clean any part of the steamer.
Put back parts and accessories of the food steamer to their proper places
before operating again.
After washing, wipe dry all parts and store in a cool, dry place.
SERVICE
Do not operate your KYOWA Food Steamer if the unit malfunctions or
appears damaged in any manner. Bring the complete product to the place
of purchase or to any authorized KYOWA dealers for inspection, repair or
replacement.
Do not disassemble your KYOWA Food Steamer by yourself. No user
serviceable parts inside. Refer all needed repair to an authorized KYOWA
service facility ONLY.

HOW TO USE
Remove all packaging materials from the Food Steamer.
Put enough water on the water vessel reaching the MIN mark but not
exceeding the MAX marking.
Put clean water only for steaming; never put salt or other kinds of
condiments into the water as it may damage the food steamer heater.
Put liquid receptacle on top of the steamer base.
Put steamer tray on top of the liquid receptacle followed by the steamer
basket.
Put food to be steamed on the steamer tray.
If needed, use a second or third layer of food steamer; just put another tray
and steamer basket on top of the steamer basket on the lower layer.
To allow bigger food steamer container space, invert steamer basket then
put on top of the lower steamer basket so that the lid of the two steamer
baskets are fastened together; do not put steamer tray in between 2
steamer baskets.
Always make sure to put foods which take longer time to cook at the
bottom layer of the food steamer.
Cover topmost layer of the food steamer.
Plug in food steamer into the power supply.
Turn unit to ON by turning timer knob clockwise to desired cooking time.
While steaming, check water level on the water vessel from time to time to
see if more water should be added to it.
Add water into the vessel by pouring through the side water refill facility of
the food steamer.
After set time has elapsed, food steamer will automatically switch to OFF.
To cancel timer during operation, rotate timer knob to 0.
Carefully remove the cover of the food steamer avoiding hot steam coming
from the steamer.
Transfer steamed food from steamer trays into serving dishes.
