Right-click the icon for your printing system in the
Printers and Faxes
window. A list
appears.

in the list. The
Properties
dialog box appears. Click the
Device
Settings
tab.

Hard Disk
check box. The
Hard Disk Settings
dialog box appears.

Import
.

Import
VMB List
dialog box appears. Select the virtual mail box data file to read
from the
Look in
list.

Click the virtual mail box list name and click
Open
.

The virtual mail box list is opened in the
Defined names
area. Click
OK
to save the
list. The imported list will replace all the defined names that were already in the list.

dialog box, open the
Properties
. Select

menu and select
Properties
.
