5.1.1. Drive Select Lever Adjustment

1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and make sure the

engine stop.

2. Remove fasteners, and then remove the right/left

side cover.

3. Shift the transmission into neutral. Verify the

length of the right shift rod is 150mm (+/- 0.5mm).
To adjust the length by loosening the lock nuts (1)
and rotating the right shift rod (2) until you
achieve the proper length (150mm) then tighten
both locknuts firmly.
