1. The power supply
is poor, causing
damage to the filter
capacitor and great
voltage ripple
interference to the
IC; The PCB is
affected with damp,
dirty or cracked;
2. The signal input
line is improperly
connected/No signal.
The signal line is
improperly grounded;
CON2B/signal line is
defective

1. The potentiometer
is used for over long
time, causing bad
contact
to the knob type
spring plate;
2. The IC1/IC2 is
defective,
causing excess load
current
and thus decreasing
voltage.
