Q1. Why the monitor shows black with power on ?
A1:

Please confirm your unit has been connected correctly and make sure the unit was not in
switching (PC) mode.
[ Step 2 ]
Use the remote control to select the right output video source.
Source A - DVI / HDMI or VGA mode, power LED indicates (Blue).
Source B - YPbPr or AV mode, power LED indicates (Red).
[ Step 3 ]
Use the remote control to switch the output source that you want.
Output, switching between DVI / HDMI and VGA, or YPbPr and AV mode.
Q2. What can I do when lose the Parental Control password ?

Please make your great efforts to recall.

Try to query your parents politely.
[ Step 3 ]
Do the Factory Reset from setup label, or keep pressing power button over 5 seconds.
