Using Templates

KVAL DL-2 Series Operation/Service Manual

Template Drill Jig

In most cases your template jig has already been set-up for your machine. However, there are
times when we don't set-up the jig because we didn't have your templates at time manufacture. If
this is the case do the following.

Place the template jig squared to the bottom comer (closest to the operator) of the template. Cut
off or notch the template jig at the point the top of the door intersects with the jig.
