 Chap. Rear wheels; Fitting adapter plate for drum 

brake.

Connect the drum brake plate and rotary fixing with bolt

Fit brake lever

 on the push handle and secure Bowden cable

with fixing set.

Setting the drum brake

Tighten or loosen the brake by turning the setting sleeve

If the setting sleeve cannot be turned any further, demount 
brake cable
