Automatic switch-off with timer
The automatic switch-off device is used to automatically switch off
any cooking zone after a stipulated period of time. Cooking times
ranging from 1 minute to 3 hours can be set.
1. Select a power setting for a cooking zone and place a
pan on the zone.
2. a) Press the respective
cooking zone selection key
for
the cooking zones on the left and right, until the
corresponding symbol
blinks.
b) Press the
timer key
for the wok cooking zone.
3. Then immediately use the
Plus key
or the
Minus key
to
set the cooking time at between 0:00 and 3:00.
With the
Plus key
the display will commence at 01.
The setting will be reset if the Plus and Minus keys are
pressed simultaneously (00).
4. The cooking zone will be switched off when the time has
lapsed. A signal will sound for a while and can be
switched off by pressing any key (except for the
ON/OFF
key
).
Instructions:
•
The selected cooking time can be altered at any time. Select
the timer mode and use the
Minus
or
Plus key
to adjust the
cooking time.
•
Terminating the function of the timer: select the timer mode and
press the
Minus
and
Plus keys
simultaneously.
Minute minder
A minute minder can be programmed even when a cooking zone is
switched off. This function enables the hob to be used as an
independent minute minder.
1. a) Press the respective
cooking zone selection key
for
the cooking zones on the left and right, until the
corresponding symbol
blinks.
b) Press the
timer key
for the wok cooking zone.
2. Then immediately use the
Plus key
or the
Minus key
to
set the cooking time at between 0:00 and 3:00.
With the
Plus key
the display will commence at 01.
The setting will be reset if the Plus and Minus keys are

3. Once the time has lapsed a signal will sound for a while
