The operating modes and their application
The appliance has four different operating modes for steaming, each with a predeter-
mined temperature setting which cannot be adjusted.
Steaming 100 °C
Steaming 90 °C
Steaming 80 °C
Steaming 40 °C

• Allowing rice, grains and pulses to swell
• Simmering ham and gammon
• Cooking mussels
• Extracting fruit juices
• Regeneration
• Defrosting and cooking vegetables simultaneously
The operating mode is suitable for
• Gently cooking desserts and flans
• Sterilizing fruit
• Gentle regeneration
The operating mode is suitable for
• Poaching and cooking meat (fillet) and fish
The operating mode is suitable for
• Making yogurt
• Defrosting sensitive, perishable foods such as meat and
fish
