Bolt and nut torque chart

Tightening torque and assembly preload for metric-pitch standard or precision screws

Tightening torque and assembly preload with v= 0,9 for metric-pitch standard or prevision screws ISO262
and ISO965-2.

The values indicated correspond to standard steel nuts and bolts (ISO 898-1).

Dimensions of hex head screws in accordance with ISO 4014 to ISO 4018.

Dimensions of the pan-head screws in accordance with ISO 4762.

Protection against corrosion (electrolytic zinc deposit or deposit of lamellar zinc) in accordance with
standard KUHN GKEN06 001.

Average installation bore acc. to EN 20273.

Friction coefficient : 0,12 ≤ μ ≤ 0,18.
