Chute and Manual Rotation (Fig. 3 to 7)
1. FIGURE 3: Place the rotation bushing (item
1) over the chute base (item 2).
2. FIGURE 3: Install the chute over the
rotation bushing and install the two 3-holes
retaining plates (item 6) by placing the large
section toward the rotation plate and put
the 2-holes retaining plate (item 6) following
the others.
3. FIGURE 3: Insert four 1/2" spacers (item 5)
under the retaining plates. Secure using six
1/2" x 1 1/2" carriage bolts and serrated
flange nuts (items 7-8). Tighten securely.
NOTE: For manual rotation only: If it is
difficult to turn the chute manually, it might
be necessary to use the 1/16" spacers
(item 4) to allow chute play adjustment.
NOTE: Apply grease under the retaining plates
where it will come in contact with the base of
the chute and on the outside of the round flat
bar located on the snowblower top (item 2).
