WARRANTY 

IMPAC 500™ warrants the IMPAC 500™ product to the original Buyer against defective materials and 
parts for six (6) months from the date of purchase. 

IMPAC MFG's sole and exclusive liability and the Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy, under this Warranty, 

is the  repair or replacement of any materials or parts determined to be defective by IMPAC 500™ . 

In no event shall IMPAC 500™ be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to 
inspection or transportation cost, cost of cover, loss of profits, loss of use, damages or injury of any kind based 

upon claim for breach of Warranty. 

This Warranty does not cover breaking or fraying of the winch rope cable, cost of labor for field repairs, 

transportation charges in connection with replacement or repairs of defective parts, or any damage as a result 
of misuse, neglect, overloading, accident, improper installation, maintenance or repair, unauthorized 

alteration, or use of the product beyond the range of normal usage.
