Pull the clutch lever and shift into a lower gear, release the
clutch lever slowly, and open the throttle or shift again.

Info

Even if the quickshifter is enabled in the combination
instrument, you still need to pull the clutch lever to
shift down.

–

If the engine stalls (e.g. at a crossroads), just pull the clutch
lever and press the electric starter button. You do not have to
shift into neutral.

–

Switch off the engine if running at idle or stationary for a long
time.

–

If the oil pressure warning lamp

lights up, Stop immedi-

ately, taking care not to endanger yourself or other road users
in the process, and switch off the engine. Contact an autho-
rized KTM workshop.

–

If the malfunction indicator lamp

lights up while riding, stop

immediately taking care not to endanger yourself or other road
users in the process.

–

If the general warning lamp

lights up during a trip, the

matrix display will show a message for 10 seconds.
