safety reasons have the power supply
cord or plug replaced by a Krups appro-
ved service centre (see list in the servi-
ce handbook).

- Disconnect your appliance as soon as

you have finished using it to clean it.

- Never put the appliance, the plug or the

power supply cord in water or any other
liquid.

- Check that your appliance’s power sup-

ply rating corresponds to your mains
electrical supply.

1. Before first use, clean the parts that

will be in contact with food.

2. Install the Pouring Jug (E), the Filter

(C) and the Cone  (B) on the motor unit
(F) as shown on the drawing.

Cut a citrus fruit in two and press         
each half gently onto the cone.
Recover the juice in the pouring jug.

3. On some models, you can use the

fountain accessory (D) to pour the juice
directly into a glass. To do so, place the
fountain accessory (D) between the
pouring jug (E) and the sieve (C)  and
then place a glass under the spout.

4. You can also adjust the amount of pulp  

by changing the position of the cone
(drawing G):
top position : very little pulp.
bottom position: a lot of pulp.
Never run the citrus press for more  
than 10 minutes continuously.

- Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- You can wash all other parts in the dish-

washer (upper basket).

- Never use bleach or a scouring pad.
- Over time the strong coloured natural

juices from food such as carrots and
beetroot may stain the sieve-
this is normal. It may be cleaned by
soaking in milk bleach (not abrasive)
straight after use.
