Check the following:
- The power cord is well plugged into the means,
- The Start/Stop button light on the working side of the appliances is switched ON

If the running time of the water is too long or there is excessive noise:
- de-scale the coffee-maker.

If your appliance still does not work,
contact an approved Krups service centre (see the list in the
“Krups Service” booklet).
